The day starts with light background music to set the tone as your guests arrive and take their seats. We have a great selection of instrumental music that is both classic and fun, with recognizable melodies your guests will swear they know, but they've never heard it like this!
Then, it's time!
The music changes and you walk down the isle to the song that truly starts your wedding day.
When you add ceremony services to your package you get a second, independant sound system with wireless microphones so your guests can hear the officiant, readings and vows crystal clear.
After you've said your "I Do's" and walked down the isle hand-in-hand, it's time for your guests to mingle while you finish taking pictures.
While most guests like to keep the music selection classic, with selections by artists like Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Michael Bublè, cocktail hour can also be the perfect time to put your own unique stamp on the musical tone as your guests settle in. It's the perfect time to theme the music with styles that may not lend themselves as well for dancing, but strongly speak to your personality. We've had lot's of success with Country, Indie, Classic Rock, Acoustic Covers, Motown and 50's themes to name a few.
We'll include at least one speaker to cover the cocktail hour area with light music while your guests enjoy conversation and light food. If your cocktail hour is on an adjacent room, patio, deck or lawn we will have the music wirelessly connected to the reception hall so your guests have consistency walking between spaces.
Formal pictures are done and guests have moved into the reception hall to officially welcome you to the party! We transition to high energy music of your choice and start by announcing your parents and bridal party. The energy is building. Everyone has been waiting for this moment. The doors open and you get a true celebrity introduction as your guests clap and cheer your arrival.
Your first dance is the perfect next step. Everyone enjoys watching two people in love dance to a song with so much meaning behind it.
There's always someone who will not hesitate to tell your guests all about your journey and how you got here today. The Good, the bad, the funny! It can be awkward, make you laugh or bring tears to your eyes. No matter what direction it goes, a toast is always heartfelt and spoken with Love. With wireless mics, your toasters can go anywhere in the room and always be by your side to give their words the most personal touch.
Guests are hungry and some may even be ready to start the party. The playlist transitions from the theme of cocktail hour to slowing pick up the energy level over the hour to hour-and-a-half of dinner so you're tapping your feet and just can't wait to dance when dinner is done. Of course, music is kept at a reasonable volume so lively conversation can still be had.
Cake Cutting & Parent Dances
Whether it's cake, pie or donuts, the "cutting of the cake" helps signal the end of dinner. That leads into the parent dances, directing your guests attention to the dance floor so everyone knows the fun is about to begin!
