(What to expect between today and your wedding day)
Set Up Your First Meeting
Our Get-To-Know-You meeting is most easily done via phone or video chat (Facetime or Skype), but we can also meet in person locally to Mystic, CT based on availability. During this first meeting we like to listen to your vision, hear all about your musical likes and dislikes and show you how we can help bring your vision to life. We can describe all of our packages and services in detail based on your needs. We also walk you through our online planning document so you know exactly how everything works and what details to be thinking about over the planning process.

Lock In Your Date
If you think we’re the best fit for your wedding entertainment, reserve your date with a signed contract and deposit of $800.
The Planning Process
Once your date is locked in we are always available to answer questions that come up throughout your planning process. For larger events or specialized setups we may need to set up additional meetings or site visits. For most couples, there is a long period of silence until we are ready to set up your final meeting.
We like to set up a final meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding day to review your completed online planning documents and walk through your wedding day with you to make sure we know exactly what your needs are and review all of the services we are providing.
Your final balance is due 14 days before your wedding day and we'll send you a reminder a few days before. We offer payment schedules of 2 or 3 installments (including deposit). If you choose the 3 installment option, there will be a payment of 50% of your remaining balance due 4 months before your wedding date.
The Last Week
We like to have everything in place by your final meeting, but we know things can change all the way up to your wedding day. That said, we ask that all adjustments to your timeline, music selections, speeches, etc... be made at least one week before your wedding day to give us enough time to prepare.
We arrive at least 2 hours before our services are set to begin so we have plenty of time to set up and prepare before guests arrive. We'll work with the venue and/or catering coordinator to make sure events stay on track and your event flows smoothly. To top it off we'll provide an unparalleled dancing experience that will leave your guests talking about what an amazing time they had at your wedding!
A few weeks after your wedding we'll send you a follow up email to make sure we lived up to our promise and ask for feedback. We also ask that you review us on The Knot and Wedding Wire to share your experience with our future couples. That's honestly the best way to say thank you for great service!
